Spotlight26 has opportunities for students to be involved. Below are the details of how students can be involved in 2026.
Students of the Diocese can show off their skills and experience to other students, parents, teachers and the world.
The competitions are designed to be run either in class or for interested students to work on their entries outside of the classroom. Prizes will be awarded to all team members of the winning team and a special prize will be won by the school. Each competition will have a number of different award categories.
The 2026 Spotlight Logo Competition is open to all students.
THE CHALLENGE
Create a logo for Spotlight 2026's theme, Learning with AI
Students are encouraged to use an AI tool of their choice to create all or part of their design. But we want to know what tool you used and how you used it.
The top designs will win prizes and some will be used for marketing and promotional material. Your chance to be written into the history books as the designer for Spotlight 2026.
Over the past 5 years students have been showcasing their skills in our Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics Making a Difference (STEM MAD) Competition. This national catholic schools competition focuses on our Catholic call to 'never see a need without doing something about it.'
